Brand and materials

What kind of brand is PAKTECHZ?

PAKTECHZ manufactures carbon fibre styling parts for luxury cars and supercars. Founded in 2016 under the idea “Born for Performance, True to Original” — performance first, while keeping the original lines and character of the car. In Thailand the products are imported and sold by Flinstone Autoparts.

What are the parts made of, and how do they differ from ordinary carbon?

They are made from prepreg carbon fibre cured in an autoclave (dry carbon), 3K twill weave with a UV-resistant gloss coating. Unlike surface-coated or printed carbon effects, the whole part is real carbon through its thickness, so it is lighter and stronger.

What is the difference between dry carbon and wet carbon?

Dry carbon uses cloth pre-impregnated with a controlled proportion of resin (prepreg), then cured under heat and pressure in an autoclave. The laminate is dense with little excess resin, making it lighter and stronger. Wet carbon has resin applied during lay-up: cheaper, but with more resin and more weight. PAKTECHZ work is dry carbon.

How many items are there, and which makes are covered?

There are currently 504 items on the site, covering Aston Martin · Audi · BMW · Ferrari · Lamborghini · Lotus · Maserati · McLaren · Mercedes Benz · Porsche · Tesla. You can browse by make, model and part type.

Fitment and installation

Are the parts model-specific, and is bodywork modification needed?

Every part is moulded from a tool made for that specific model and attaches to the factory mounting points, with no cutting or bodywork modification. Give our team the model, year and chassis code before every order so fitment can be confirmed.

Can I fit it myself?

The parts are model-specific, but installation by a technician experienced with body kits is recommended, because setting the gaps and securing the part affect both fit and safety at speed. Flinstone Autoparts offers this service.

Do you install, and where?

Yes — installed by a team with over 10 years of body kit experience at (Sathon, Bangkok). You can inspect the finished work in person. Book ahead at 0811-034-034

What information should I have ready?

Three things: make and model · year · chassis code (for example G80, W177, 992). If you have a part number from a product page, send that too. We confirm fitment before every order is opened.

Ordering and care

How long is the wait after ordering?

Every part is made to order, with a production time of roughly 4–6 weeks. Once it arrives we will contact you to book installation. Actual times vary by part and model — to confirm, contact 0811-034-034

How do I ask about pricing and place an order?

Send your model, year and the parts you are interested in to 0811-034-034, or message us on LINE. We will confirm fitment and give you the details before the order is opened.

How should carbon parts be looked after?

Wash with a mild car shampoo and a microfibre cloth. Avoid aggressive chemicals and heavy machine polishing near the part edges. Parking in the shade, or adding a ceramic coating or clear film, extends the life of the clear coat further.

Does carbon yellow after long exposure to the sun?

Parts leave the factory with a UV-resistant gloss coating, so they hold up to sun far better than uncoated carbon. Every coating has a service life, though: if the car is regularly parked in strong sun, a ceramic coating or clear film over the top is recommended to protect the surface.
